Mirth is committed to keeping your data private and under your control.
What data we collect
We collect only what is necessary to run the service: your email address (to create your account), a secure password hash, and the content you choose to post. We do not collect location data, browsing history, or device fingerprints.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data. Reader ads are first-party sponsored placements in the right rail; they do not use third-party ad scripts, tracking pixels, or behavioral targeting. Your information is not shared with external services beyond what is required to deliver the features you use.
Your control
You control who sees your posts — every post can be set to Public or Friends only. Personal details like email, phone, and address are private by default. You can request a copy of your data or delete your account at any time from account settings.
Account deletion
When you delete your account, your posts, profile data, and authentication records are removed from our systems within 30 days. Recovery codes and session tokens are invalidated immediately.
