These terms govern your use of Mirth at mirth.social.
Acceptable use
Use Mirth to share with others. Do not use the service to harass, threaten, or impersonate others. Do not upload illegal content or attempt to compromise the platform.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting, you grant Mirth a limited license to store and display your content to your chosen audience. You can delete your posts and account at any time.
Membership and participation
Public reading is free. Posting, liking, sharing, and commenting require a $1/month Mirth membership. The fee is a bot deterrent and removes reader ads from your signed-in experience.
Account security
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Mirth uses two-factor authentication to help protect your account. We are not liable for unauthorized access caused by credential sharing or phishing.
Service changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated via the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
